📝 Project Summary

I designed an international transfer mobile application that recorded 5000 active users and 1000 transactions monthly within the first 3 months after launch. Here is how I achieved this.

My Role

1. Research: User Interviews/Surveys, Validating Assumptions, Define Problem, Brainstorm Solutions

2. Prototyping: Styles guide, High-Fidelity prototype, Interactions

3. Usability testing: Unmoderated remote testing

4. UX writing

📖 Background Story

I was referred to the CEO of Quick Collect by a happy client I had worked with previously. Quick Collect is an international transfer company that allows users to send money across borders. To give more context to the problem I would like to quote the CEO’s word
